EDM Machining
We use GF Machining Solutions AGIE Wire and Sinker EDM for the very best available in EDM tolerances, Surface Finish and Surface Integrity in Tool Steel and Carbide tooling.
Wire size down to .002”, Fine Surface Technology for 0.08um Ra surface finish allows us to provide precision, close tolerance die and mold details as well as much larger work pieces.

Our many years of experience in the High Speed Stamping and Production Tooling Industries allow us to bring unique value to our stamping customers. Our familiarity with progressive die design and on site engineering services allow us to provide complete engineering change support and tooling to solve your production needs. From pencil sketches and reverse engineering requests, to fully detailed 3D CAD assemblies, we are able to step in and provide complete design and tooling solutions.
We use the latest releases of Visi CAD/CAM software by Vero including Visi Progress. VISI is acknowledged as one of the world’s leading PC based CAD CAM software solutions for the Mold & Die industries.
It offers a unique combination of applications, fully integrated wireframe, surface and solid modeling, comprehensive 2D, 3D and 5 axis machining strategies with dedicated high-speed routines. Industry specific applications for plastic injection tool design including material flow analysis and progressive die design with step-by-step unfolding provide the toolmaker with unsurpassed levels of productivity.
CNC Machining
Small batch machining of custom components, hard milling of die and mold details, prototype runs, jigs, fixtures and a variety of other custom CNC machined parts when just one or a few are needed. With Machine Travels of X30″, Y20″, Z20″, we are proficient at very small to medium size components.
Precision Grinding
We are experienced in precision grinding of Tool Steel and Carbide, Die, Mold and Special Machine Components with tolerances to +/- .0001″. Surface Grinders with .00005″ DRO. Inspection using .00005″ indicators and 50X Comparator.
Special Machine & Weld Components
We offer precision tooling to our automated weld customers using aluminum-bronze, coated tool steels and tungsten-copper based alloys.
