EDM Machining
We use AGIE Wire and Sinker EDM for the very best available in EDM tolerances, Surface Finish and Surface Integrity in Tool Steel and Carbide Tooling.
Wire size down to .002”, Z height up to 16” with 24” of X travel.
Fine Surface Technology for 0.08um Ra surface finish allows us to provide precision, close tolerance die and mold details as well as much larger work pieces.
High speed machining of electrodes with end mill standards down to .012” in diameter.
Precision Surface Grinding
We are experienced in precision surface grinding of Tool Steel and Carbide, Die, Mold and Special Machine Components with tolerances to +/- .0001″ using CNC and manual surface grinders. Inspection using .00005″ indicators and 50X Comparator.
CNC Machining
Small batch machining of custom components, hard milling of die and mold details, prototype runs, jigs, fixtures and a variety of other custom CNC machined parts when just one or a few are needed. With Machine Travels of X30″, Y20″, Z20″, we are proficient at very small to medium size components.
Special Machine & Weld Components
We offer precision tooling to our automated weld customers using aluminum-bronze, coated tool steels and tungsten-copper based alloys.
